How
do I order books and videos?
You have two
choices:

Order online
by clicking on the shopping cart. Your order will be added to an
electronic order form. When you are through, click on check out
and complete the process. Note: If you don't already have a PayPal
account, you will need to set one up before completing the
transaction. Pay Pal is safe, completely secure and
reliable.

Download the
order form (pdf format), complete it and mail with check and money order
to the address listed on the order form.
How
will I get a receipt?
If you order
online, you will receive an receipt via email. If you order using US
Mail, your receipt will be included with your shipment.
May
I use a purchase order?
No
problem. BettyStallings.com will accept company purchase orders for
books in either e-product or hard copy. Please realize that we can
not fulfill an order before receiving payment. As soon as payment
is received, we will e-mail you instructions on how to access your
e-product or ship your order within 3 business days.
How
long will I have to download my e-products?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive
an email with a link to
the e-product. You will have 2 weeks to download the e-product.
Do
you accept International Orders?
Yes, we are
happy to serve international customers. Save on shipping costs by
ordering any of our e-products. You will receive directions on how
to download your book. PayPal
processes credit cards from 38 different
countries.
What
is an e-book (electronic book)?
A PDF is a
file electronically published in a Portable Document Format, which can be
downloaded and then viewed using Adobe
Acrobat software (which is free - be sure you have the latest
version). PDF files are universally read by both Windows and Macintosh
computers.
All copyright restrictions
that apply to a printed book also apply to pdf files. You purchase
the right to read and print one copy only, unless you arrange and pay
for additional distribution privileges.
How
do I download an electronic book?
Once your
payment is received, you will receive an email with a link to the
downloadable pdf file. The link will be active for 2 weeks.

Make sure
you have the latest versions of Adobe
Acrobat Reader

Click on
the link in the email.

You will
be asked if you want to Open or Save your file after downloading
it. We suggest you chose "Open". Your electronic
book will download and automatically open. BE PATIENT, depending
on your internet connection speed and the size of the file, this could
take a little time. You should be able to watch the progress bar
as the download progresses.

After you
have opened your book, be sure to SAVE your book to your
computer. You can create a folder on your computer called "ebooks"
so you'll know where to find all your e-books.

When you
have finished downloading and saving, you can open your books from
your computer using one of two methods. Open Adobe Reader and
click on file open in the top menu bar, navigate to the folder where
you stored the e-book and select it. OR double click on "my
computer" and navigate to the folder where you saved the pdf
file. Double click on the file and it should launch through
Adobe Reader.

If you are
unable to download the file. You maybe protected by a firewall,
especially if you are downloading through an agency network.
Check with a support person in your Information Technology Department, they
may be able to assist you.

How are books
shipped?
Books are shipped UPS Ground in
the U.S. (allow up to 2 weeks) or postal surface mail outside the U.S.
(allow up to 8 weeks). If you want your books shipped by air or
differently, enter a note in the box at the end of the checkout
process. We will try to meet your shipping
needs. If you were unable to enter a message, send an email indicating
